			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Spicy Papaya Salad or Som Tum is not only a popular dish in Chiang Rai but also becomes one of the most popular national dish in Thailand. As it is a popular dish so you will see it everywhere in Chiang Rai. Som Tum is usually eaten with fresh cabbage and fresh morning glory. Som Tum is also suited well to grilled chicken and sticky rice ( sweet rice ). People from the north and the northeast of Thailand like to have Som Tum with sticky rice.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Doi Tung or Switzerland in Thailand is one of the most famous and interesting place in Chiang Rai, Thailand.   The Doi Tung Royal Villa was originally built as the former residence of the late Princess Mother ( <strong><span style="font-weight: normal;">Somdej Phra Srinagarindra Boromarajajonani )</span> </strong>and now this place has been displayed  as the Princess Mother&#8217;s a house museum.</p>
